HEY THERE, PEOPLE TEND TO CALL ME Takashi AND I'M CURRENTLY 24 YEARS OLD. I'M A Human AND I'M A Nobleman. ------------------------------------------------- NAME: Takashi Kaede DOB: March 19th AGE: 24 GENDER: Male SPECIES: Human CLASS: Upper STATUS: Noble OCCUPATION: None ALLEGIANCE: Undecided KINGDOM: Corvale MAGIC: N/A POWERS: N/A ~~~~~~~~~~ APPEARANCE Takashi stands at a measley 5'9, though for his race it's a typical height for a man. He weighs in around 115 lbs, but do not think that means he is weak. Takashi is thin, but well toned from martial arts training. Slight men can be dangerous men at times. With eyes so brown that they could be black, he has been mistaken for a dark creature many times while away from his homeland. Takashi wears his black hair a little longer than is custom, but he likes it that way. It is not uncommon to see him pull it into a ponytail at the back of his head. Typically he is dressed in finely-hand made kimonos in silk or a finely picked outfit by one of his manservants. While traveling it isn't atypical to see the man dressed in a fine riding outfit atop the back of his horse. Takashi will dress as a commoner if he so chooses, though his attitude and demeanor of wealth still seeps from him, easily giving him away. ~~~~~~~~~~ PERSONALITY Takashi is a bit of an ass. He doesn't care for most people and it shows in his lack or respect for anyone with a lower social status than himself. He doesn't listen to most of what others say to him because he thinks that he is better than most people, especially those with less money than himself. Not much seems to truely bother him, at least not that he will outwardly display. Unfortunately he is known to be cruel to others and is often called rude and callous. It is rarely seen, but he can be a true sweetheart when he chooses to be. One held a daughter, the other a son. Soon the parents met with the matchmaker, the woman designed to help people meet and marry an illegible partner. She paired up the delicate looking woman with the strong man, both of money, both of beauty, both of great personality. The two wed and bore a son, Takashi. He was named such for it meant fierce, violent warrior and the boy was strong as he entered the world, his young mother nearly having died in the process. She recovered, slowly, while the boy grew. His parents taught him more about manners and etiquette than much of anything else. His parents were both snobs, and it tended to rub off on the boy. It did not take long for a sister, and soon another brother, to follow along behind him. Takashi would spend more time with his younger brother than his sister through their childhood. Both boys trained the same way, Akima was not. Their little sister was trained to be a lady. They grew in separate little worlds, in the same home. Akima was promised to a man on her sixteenth birthday when she was only three, Maro had a wife in line for when he reached his seventeenth birthday. The parents were worried about marrying off their oldest child. It had to be to the right person, so they didn't bother to set up a wife for him. Though as he drew closer and closer to his eighteenth birthday, they could not help but begin their search around the village. Looking for a beautiful young woman, one who would make pretty children, one who would bear him a son, one who was intelligent enough to care for him and their children. Five caught their eye. Takashi was not allowed to meet with a single one while his mother and father interviewed them, talked with their parents, made sure they were 'the perfect spouse'. Within moments most were dismissed, for various reasons; the girl was not educated enough, the girl was too outgoing, the girl did not hold the right lineage.. or worst of all.. her family was poor. If there was one thing his parents truly wanted.. it was for their children to marry into the same wealth that they had. In the end, there were none left that his parents could use as a wife for him, their standards too high. So instead, the let Hakumaro run through the village, watching the five for whom he thought would be best for his brother. The boy settled on one, the pretty little Jasmine. Takashi met the girl only once that he could recall, sure she was pretty, but he really did not want to be married, not so young, not when there were a thousand other things he could do with his life. And then the pretty little woman ran away, the night before their wedding. Honestly, at first he was relieved, he was happy with her disappearance. That meant he had more time to live his life his way, selfish as that may have been. But his parents continued to hound him, speaking of marrying him off to one of the other women they had had in mind. Instead, Takashi made a bargain with them. If he could find his runaway bride within six months time he would marry her, as they saw fit. If he could not he would return home to marry the girl of their choosing, to take over his fathers job when the time came, to be the leader of the family that he did not want to be. He paid good money to have someone track the young woman from where she had left the village, he followed behind on his black horse. His search has lead him across the seas, where almost none resemble him, which should have made it simpler for the man to find his runaway bride.. or so he hoped. Of course he was supposed to return home after the six month span to marry a new woman, but Takashi decided against it. If he were to be forced into marriage then he would stay well away from home. Hiro, his bodyguard, stayed by his side all the way. Takashi continued his search for the little woman, but he would not make it his lifes work to find her. He still carries more than enough money to support himself and keep Hiro happy as well as enough to keep him prim and proper for all to see. ~~~~~~~~~~ ROLE PLAY SAMPLE: {This is from my own site, just a random post that I had done} Dean easily caught the look on his brother's face at the nickname. He was the only one to ever get away with calling him Sammy. Well, John used to do it, but it would aggravate the piss outta Sam when he did. Bobby had done it once that he could remember, other than that he could name off several Demons and gods that had called his brother by the nickname, and all of them had seen Sam's wrath. Sometimes he had to wonder why he was the one who could get away with it. And even knowing that he did get away with it, he still said it most times either out of sheer habit or just to attempt to annoy his brother. Though it didn't seem to work. He laughed quietly, though the sound was cut off because the laughter only made his ribs hurt, when his brother questioned the ghouls. "Well, yeah it seemed weird to me. Ghouls rarely hunt in more than a group of one or two, but nine? Dude, nine ghouls in one state at a time is unheard of, let alone nine in the same damned graveyard." He said with a shake to his head. His tongue brushed over his lips to wet them before speaking again. "Haven't you noticed though that all the monsters we hunt have increased in the last three years?" He asked, cocking a brow at his brother. Everything seemed worse since they had averted the apocalypse. Some days he wondered if it would have been better for the human race if they had both said 'yes'. He almost did once too. He'd wanted to protect Adam from Michael, had wanted to keep his kid brother that he barely knew out of this crap. But after seeing the look on Sam's face when he'd told Zachariah that he would do it made him change his mind. He knew just how much he'd disappoint Sam if he'd said yes to Michael, if he'd let the man take his vessel. He'd done too much in his life already to disappoint his brother and couldn't bear having another black mark on that record. There were times that he wondered why Sam had never said yes, but he had always been too afraid to ask. After all, asking that question would open Sam up to his 'touchy-feely, let's share everything and bear our souls' mood. Dean wasn't that open. Sam may have been able to share his feelings about nearly every-damned-thing on the planet, but Dean just wasn't that caring. He'd heard his brother's question when he'd slipped out the door and after he'd come back and was settled into the chair he shrugged which caused him to wince. "I'm fine." He said pointedly, which meant that unless he felt like saying something more about it, Sam had better drop it. Without hesitation he took another long drink from the bottle before setting it back onto the table. If Sam wanted a drink, Dean wasn't going to stop him, he'd just be vaguely surprised because of it. Sam didn't drink nearly as much and was constantly on his ass about drinking as much as he did. The elder brother let out a deep breath and shook his head, turning the green eyes around the crappy motel room before back onto his brother. "So what, you think you're gonna find something in Dad's journal about it? I wouldn't count on it, man. Dad had never seen anything like this. Or were you gonna look around online?" He asked with a nod toward the laptop. Dean typically avoided talking about John much anymore. After their dad had died Dean had bottled it all up until he'd exploded and destroyed about a months worth of work on the car within a matter of hours. Since his little explosion he avoided a lot about their father, too many bad memories. After all, he could see why Sam had hated him growing up. |
